Mediation

I am a trained and certified mediator and offer mediation services to individuals and organizations. You may contact me as an individual or as an organization for your mediation needs. I have taught and trained hundreds of students over the years as mediators through my university-level mediation course at California State University San Marcos.

I use my knowledge, communication skills, and experience to support those in conflict to help them understand each other and hopefully reach their own outcomes. I utilize both a facilitative and transformative approach depending on the conflict and the needs of the conflicting parties. Contact me for your individual and organizational mediation needs.
